Bad news, fishermen. There's 30 pounds less of halibut in the bay. Strangely, I don't think Don Mosby feels bad about that. It doesn't look like it, anyway. Maybe he's crying on the inside.

That mosby guy must eat a lot of halibut! He's on a roll live bait or trolled ? Nice catch
Mr. Mosby is actually commercial, but there haven't been that many fish to photograph (especially not 30 pound fish) so he gets featured now. Also, a 30 pound halibut is a rarity for anyone. Live shiner, presented over the bottom slowly and accurately with an electric trolling motor.
Oh ok thx for the info yea that's a beast ! My b day is next Monday we are going to hit the water hope the bytes will be hungry an the weather be nice! Once again great catch mosby
