Stripers do exist. This one is way smaller than Mr. Thornley's but I'm still pretty happy about it. Fourth cast this evening and I snagged a perch. Tenth cast hooked this striper. Gage, Cameron and I casted for another hour without another bite. The wind was blowing so I was throwing an iron. In this case it was a 3 ounce chrome Stingsilver jig. The surf fishing ain't good, but it ain't quite dead, either.
