Here's a picture sent in by Chris Grippi: Gripp from Sonoma caught these 10 and 12 pounders on live smelt near Hog Island on Friday.

     These guys left the scrum of boats by Hog Island to catch these three halibut a couple of miles further back into the bay. They said it was peaceful there....

      325 feet of water and 75 feet down on the 10 line (that's 38º 10' North latitude, about four miles south and way out from Tomales Point) was where Greg Gartrell found these salmon. Other boats found a few there as well.
