Bob King is already back with a fish this morning. He would have had two but he fell out of the boat while fighting the second fish. Luckily for Bob, after twenty minutes in the water Tom Baty of Inverness saw something yellow and trolled over to investigate. He and his crew got Bob aboard and warmed up and another fisherman retrieved Bob's boat before it ran aground on Tomales Point. Bob and boat were reunited and returned home. Bob hooked both fish 50 feet down in 180' of water, but Tom Baty gets big credit for boating the biggest King of the day.

bob should say thanks if Tom on the Albatros had not of seen him we would be mornin another soul but more seriously if you are 75 you need to hang it up. It is such a great story he is still here with us. When Tom put the call out of someone in the water first thought was to look for more victims. Tom reported back no, but his boat was still in gear with no one on it so I started scaning the water I saw the fleet out in 250 ft I figured to look towards the beach all I saw was the reflection of his center console I told my captain Mike Zieff of the Carol Jean we all ready got 1/2 limits lets go save his boat. we pulled our gear and made the 2 mile run hoping there wasn't some one in that boat the close we got it was clear it was a boston whaler as we came up on the empty boat we made the call to jump on the boat as I took helm first thing I noticed nice salmon Bob then the thought what am I doing in this boat that just tossed some guy but when I saw the coast gaurd coming it was gonna be all right. The killer was Bob didn't even say thank you after the whole ordeal we still managed to pull limits on nice 12-15 lb splitters but Bob's fish was pushing 20 somebody was watching out for Bob on Sunday

Maybe a seat belt is in order. Never seen one on a fishing boat before, but there is a first time for everything!
