Most boats who crabbed at 10 Mile caught 3-5 crab per pot and did better in 60-120' of water south of Abbotts. Several boats reported seeing a lot of bait out deeper and one boat landed an 18# salmon while waiting for his pots to fill. Larry Anderson filled a 5 gallon bucket halfway up with coonstripe shrimp as well as catching a few dungeness crab. Not too bad a day if you could get across the bar.

I'm sort of a expert at getting across the bar,"So 2 Speak" and getting back.
Yes, I have turned one or two over but that was not a loss but a lesson!!!
I would love to be there leading the charge for Crab, I'm stuck at home with a new hip and a baby boy. NEXT year will be another story..
Good Luck and be safe.

Jeff, we weren't sure if you were coming or not, so Nate got the whaler tuned up and ready for rescue duty just in case. The crabbing wasn't red hot at least so heal up and dream about next season.
