     Here's a photo and report from Binh Nguyen: "We got easy limits of lings and rockfish Saturday the 10th for 2.  Here is Ron with a couple monster lings in the mid twenties." He added that the " lings were caught off Timber Cove". Very nice fish, gentlemen. Looks like some nice Dungeness, too.

  3. salt point is a HAUL from Bodega,we are gonna try Sunday to roll that far with Scarab CC twin 225HP mercs

  4. Is that about an hour trip up North on a good day? Always wanted to fish up that way....

    1. It's about 26 miles from the head. Of course the weather determines how long it takes. But an hour and a half likely. I've never timed it. I'm heading up there tomorrow and i'll let you know how long it takes me.

  6. we ended up seeing all the six pac boats at Timber cove,so stopped there and was amazed how good the lings were chomping compared to 3 weeks ago!!!
