Herman Rinkel of Rancho Cordova caught this 20 pound salmon out in front of Estero de San Antonio in 40 feet of water while trolling. It bit a green Krippled Anchovy, as did the keeper green lingcod he caught as well. Weather conditions were better than yesterday but not good.
