Quick update: Don Lindsey of Esparto landed a 32# halibut at Hog Island. There were 4 other halibut in the boat with Don and his fishing partner. Maybe Hog Island would be a good place to try?
I just wanted to add that in addition to Don Lindsey,in the boat was also his domestic partner of 25 years,Matt Lindsey who was so proud of him and took lots of photos for their scrapbook.Goooo Don!
Good job Don!!! But to tell you you the truth, I have known Matt and Don almost as long as they have been "partners" and I am surprised they found time to reel in any fish if they were out there alone!!
