Here's a 14.5 pound salmon from up off of Bodega Head. There was a really good bite out there Saturday in about 260ish feet. Most of the fish ran small but there were a few better ones in the mix.
Ro Meza of Sacramento caught this 25 pound halibut in the channel between the clamming islands while drifting squid and anchovies.
A shakedown cruise turned into a salmon dinner for the Nursements when a couple minutes of trolling resulted in this keeper. It bit a purple haze hootchy.

Drakes Bay yesterday 2 limits in 2 hours. 1 went 20 pounds. Straight Bait.
Bite was on Saturday 80' of water by bird rock salmon and even got a keeper ling trolling.
they are really all over. i got 2 limits Saturday 300 feet 177' down between bird rock and bodega head
3 limits both Saturday and Sunday plus a halibut both days. Halibut came trolling anchovy in the back Bay and we were mixed in with the fleet at 90 pulls krippled anchovy with a dodger for salmon had a 20 plus pounder on and a sea lion grabbed him it was a sight watching him toss that huge salmon up in the air
