Joe Gantley sent in these photos of his rockfish and Dungeness trip from December 28. Joe and crew had a nice haul for a half-day's work.
The only thing going here now is the surfperch, but that's been pretty good most of the time. My surfperch expert has had daily results from 2 to 19 fish caught in a few hours. If anyone is wondering, that would be a Berkley Gulp! product in the mouth of the perch.

Read the article and it is always sad that a person feels this desperate, I'm glad as I'm sure the rancher is, that the man took his own life and didn't wreak havoc on others.
And now they found a dead woman hanging from a tree in bodega. MCD I like it
Permanent solution to a temporary problem. Not to mention the punishment inflicted on their survivors.

Interesting story on the woman that was found hanging, her husband or boyfriend helped her end her own life......bizarre. She wasn't even terminally ill. I was thinking maybe a connection to the dude that did himself in but nothing was mentioned about him.
