This just in: "Gavin Morgan holding 6 surf perch caught 2/25/2017 from shore just north of potato patch using Berkeley camo worms." Thank you Spencer Morgan for sharing. Gage couldn't catch any yesterday, I guess because Gavin caught them first. Nice job.

What?????
That boy will remember those fish for the rest of his life. I'll bet in his eyes those fish weigh 10lbs each if they weigh an ounce. Good job dad! Teach that boy the finer things in life... not Pokémons!

The perch bit well for me today at doran. I fished the top of the tide at around noon until 3:30. It was every cast or at least every other cast until around 2:00 then tapered off to nothing by 3:00. All small guys nothing big but a lot. At least 15 landed I lost count after 12. Berkeley sand worms in camouflage and 2oz of weight because of the wind. Fun times!!!

Way to go Gavin!!! I've caught them from shore at Lawson's before and they were the best tasting fish ever. Nice to see someone I know down there having a great time with the family. Awesome picture :) We'll be heading there again this year!
