The outer bay yielded 13 crab in six pots after a three-day soak for the one boat that went out. The pier saw about 15 Dungeness yesterday and the boater that tried in the bay had four Dungeness and around 20 reds. The surfperch are out on the beach but the ones that were biting on Sunday were pretty small. Still no leopard reports.

I got treated like a criminal once again by a DFG Warden. While out clamming this weekend the warden checked my licence then walked me over to check by friends licence. At our dig site he say "You seem like nice guys but drop the hoes on the ground" How many assaults on wardens have been committed by clam diggers? He wasn't alone he was escorted by the coast gaurd boat. FYI I also got a 50 inch leapord shark up at Fort Ross 2 weeks ago
